Our office is not in-network with Washington state dental insurance which is known as: Molina, Apple Care, Amerigroup, Provider One, or United Healthcare Community Plan.

We are in-network for United Healthcare Medicare, United Healthcare Dual Complete and United Healthcare through your employer only.

We do apologize for any incorrect information on the State website listing our office as a provider, we are working on clearing up that information as of March 2023.
