Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore patient portions are due at the time service is rendered. We will do our best to estimate what your insurance will pay. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Abby at Tacoma Office Phone Number 253-475-1521. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Services over 60 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly rate or 18% annual rate. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Lending Club OAC. 

We offer senior citizens 60 years and older a 10% courtesy on all services  if we are not participating providers with their insurance. A 5% courtesy  is offered to patients without insurance who are paying with cash in full on the day of service.
